Washington Plaza has two paint standards. These standards have been coordinated with the Reston Association and are consistent with paint used throughout the Lake Anne Village Center.
The standard paint color for doors and windows is known as "Lake Anne Brown". It is available from Duron as "Lake Anne Brown" and is the same as Duron "Pumpernickel" (#5935). It replaced the original standard "Reston Brown" (actually a gray) circa 1990; the Reston Association designated it as Lake Anne Brown to distinguish it from the former standard. The Duron formula for Lake Anne Brown is:
